If you own a blackberry go read this article on how to dial phone numbers that contain letters.  You know the ones like “1-800-DIALNOW” or “GOOGL”.

    Someone filled me in on this a year ago. I was surprised at how unintuitive it was when it makes so much sense once you know how to do it.
